Need to replace the dog bones on your bridge hammock? Or are you converting your bridge hammock from hardware-laden to hardware-free? These are for you!

Bridge hammocks are extremely sensitive to variations in length between the left and right dog bones. A difference as little as 1/4″ (6 mm) will cause the hammock to twist and tip in a very noticeable way. These dog bones have been made with the utmost care to ensure that they are precisely the same length so you don’t feel like you’re going to fall out.

The eyes have an inside measurement of 1.75″ (44.5 mm) which is large enough to larks head to the hammock body while still leaving room to install Bridge Buttons. All the eyes are the same size so you don’t need to keep track of which end to attach to the hammock. Each dog bone measures 44″ (1.12 m) long and weighs 0.5 oz (14 g).

The price is for one pair, which will be packaged together so they don’t get mixed up. You will need two pairs to replace all your dog bones, one pair for the head end and another pair for the foot end. Consider getting different colors so you can tell at a glance which end of the hammock you’re holding!
